Sonia and Orlando are AWESOME! They are Always friendly and smiling. Shout -out to the best hard working maintenance crew. Kudos to Davidson for adding Sonia to the team. Having a female maintenance worker is really a breath of fresh air.

My Husband & I have lived here at Davidson Apts for 2 years. We are totally happy with living here. Our neighborhood is very peaceful & serene.The Staff is amazing. Their always here to assist in any situation at hand. They are very professional at the jobs each performs. Valerie our Manager is outstanding. Anytime we have questions, she does everything in her power to look into it. We haven't had any issues with our apartment that our maintenance team hasn't come right away to fix (minor issues). Overall I give the highest score to our Awesome Management. I give Davidson Apts (Peak Living) a hearty Thank you for being The Best Apts around. ??????

I actually love the staff, thank you Valerie for all you do for Johnny Man. Thank you Orlando for being a great supervisor, you keep everything up and organized. Makes working for you guy that much easier. Valorie is super amazing congratulations again, she always ahead of the game. Sonya, is one of the first female techs I have met that has a purse as a tool bag ?? but the coolest and the hard working, Thanks for all your help as well. Love this property and the staff.

You WANT to live here. This place is amazing and has the BEST Assistant Community Manager around! Valorie has professional customer service and always has a smile on her face!

The best apartment complex I’ve been in and recommend anyone to come and live here, the only maintenance crew I know that comes same day or the next to fix and repair anything that needs repairing. Haven’t been to the pool due to the pandemic but it’s okay, the complex is very nice! The Wash Rec is very reliable. I have my own now! Staff is so welcoming and helpful! Love this place! Five stars from me!
